Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Football Live Scores & News application ("the App") on iOS or Android platforms, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the App for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• - modify or copy the materials;
• - use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• - attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the App;
• - remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the App are billed on a subscription basis through the respective app stores (Apple App Store for iOS, Google Play Store for Android). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a regular basis, typically monthly or annually. At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it through your app store account.

For iOS users: Cancel subscriptions through Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions or through the App Store app.

For Android users: Cancel subscriptions through Google Play Store > Account > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law and according to the respective app store's refund policies.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our App:

• - for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts;
• - to violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances;
• - to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;
• - to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate;
• - to submit false or misleading information about matches, scores, or news;
• - to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code;
• - to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape;
• - to interfere with the proper functioning of the app or sports data feeds;
• - for any obscene or immoral purpose.

Content

Our App provides access to football scores, news, match information, and related content. While the App primarily displays content from various sports data providers and news sources, any user-generated content such as comments or reviews that you may post through the App remains your responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you contribute is legal, accurate, and appropriate. By posting content to the App, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the App.

Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of A.P.K STUDIO and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App and cancel any active subscriptions through your respective app store (Apple App Store for iOS, Google Play Store for Android).

Disclaimer

The information on this App is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Limitation of Liability

In no case shall A.P.K STUDIO, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, whether such damages arise in contract, negligence, tort, under statute, in equity, at law, or otherwise.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which A.P.K STUDIO operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. For users downloading from the Apple App Store, additional terms from Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement may apply. For users downloading from Google Play Store, Google Play's Terms of Service may also apply.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
